The Bali Art Festival is a month-long art festival participated by all regencies with in the province of Bali, the opening ceremony of Bali Art Festival, commence with procession of art and cultural treasures of each regancy. Started from the puputan Margarana / Bajra Sandhi monument at Renon Civic Center to the Art Center downtown where exhibitions and displays of handicrafts, paintings, jewelries and other products are held,while various performing arts are on stage every night from up to mid-July 2003.The Bali Art Festival is a month-long art festival participated by all regencies with in the province of Bali.
